A masterplan for a Grade II listed property within a large estate in the Surrey Hills. The project includes the renovation of the existing barn buildings as well as the farmhouse. The landscape design includes a new driveway, forecourt and improved parking, a larger terrace outside the house with Lutyens style steps and a viewing platform of the existing lake and the restoration of existing features and new planting.
